We really wanted a non-stop flight but just could not find one during

We were purchasing airfare for our group of 22 to go to Germany.
We already had the tour planned there; we just needed help getting there.
We had people flying in different seat classes, some picking seats,
others not. We even had a few people going early.
Jen handled all of those issues, including problems with the airline hanging up on her twice. She tried working the purchase 10 different ways to save us money, eventually getting everything to work. I passed her card out about 2 hours after we finished to another group looking at doing a similar trip next year!

Her questions were all relevant to the guest experience as that is her obvious priority.
